Shipping Outside of Australia: Orders outside of Australia will incur a shipping fee - shipping fee is added at checkout based on the size of the artwork. Please note that Ashton Fine Art does not collect taxes required by each individual country, state or territory. The buyer is responsible for all import taxes that may be required within their country.

Delivery:

All original artworks and limited edition prints are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Open edition reproduction prints are professionally printed and shipped from multiple facilities worldwide, ensuring that the work can be delivered in a timely manner and at a reduced cost. Limited edition reproduction prints are printed locally and are hand signed and packaged by the artist prior to shipping, and will therefore take a little more time to reach their final destination.

Prints will be posted flat or in mailing tubes depending on the size and type of the print ordered.

Original paintings are carefully packaged in a custom made box with many layers of bubble wrap and acid fee paper protecting the surface of the painting. Please take care when unboxing and unwrapping your new original painting.

All works are shipped through Australia Post within Australia. If works are over 1 meter, are fragile (e.g., low profile works), or if they are being shipped outside of Australia, a private courier may be used alternatively. Domestic shipping times vary and are often between 4-10 business days depending on the shipping location, shipping provider, and seasonal delays. Please allow for additional time when ordering during busy periods - postage times are largely dependent on the shipping provider.

All artworks are shipped with tracking - tracking details will be provided via email once the item has been dispatched.

Processing Times: Most of the time, especially in the case of original art, handling time is up to 3 business days. However, please allow up to 7 business days to process and package your order. Some items, such as prints, may be printed on demand and wait times are dependent on the printers availability also.

Returns and refunds: Unused and undamaged items are eligible for a return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in an unused condition and in it’s original packaging. Ashton Fine Art does not cover return shipping costs - you are responsible to pay for the shipping costs incurred in returning the item. If the returned work is an original painting, the artwork must be returned using a courier with tracking. It is suggested in this case to purchase shipping insurance. Items lost during return shipping will not be refunded until returned in their original condition and packaging.
